Wait until you need to pee. Then roll a dice. 1-2 you can pee, 3-6 you must wait an hour before rolling again.

Next time you have to pee you must sit on the toilet for 10 minutes fully clothed and hold it. IF you manage to stay dry you may pee as normal

The next time you pee, lay down in your bed fully clothes and empty your bladder. Depending on the time of day, you might have to stay in soaked clothes for longer! Then sleep in the pee soaked bed tonight. No changing clothes or sheets until the next morning. So if the next time you pee after reading this is in the morning, you'll be in soaked clothes the entire day! Not to mention your bed will smell like pee all day. Enjoy!

The next time you need to pee, fill a cup with water and have an identical cup empty. Piss for 4 seconds into the empty cup and then stop. Put the cups behind you and mix them up until you cannot tell which is which. Pick one. Before you finish pissing you must drink the cup you picked.

I'm in a hotel for the next few days with diapers and the usual stuff in a hotel. Not willing to make a mess of the bed/couch/etc.

Next time go to pee, keep your underwear on for the first 10 seconds. After that you're allowed to go normally, but can't stop peeing.

Next time you pee, wait until you are not quite desperate, but definitely need to go. Pee for 5 seconds only. Edge before you pee for 5 seconds again. Repeat until you are done peeing
