1. You have to wear a diaper till it leaks
2. You can only wear the no other clothing.
3. Wear the diaper until you use it while it's on you have to crawl
4. Wear 2 diapers until they leak
5. Take a pic of you in your diaper and put it as your phone background
6. You turn the tables on me and I have to roll this dice. You can change 6 if you want

The next time you have a free weekend at home, you are going to spend it diapered. During this the toilet is strictly off limits, with one exception. You are allowed to play a game of chess twice a day with either me or your partner. If you win you can use the actual toilet, but if you lose, I guess it’s a good thing you are wearing one. Also you are not allowed to play a game within 5 hours of the last game.
It's simple: you'll put on a diaper and roll a 1d6 to see how many 300 ml glasses you'll drink.
Then you'll roll another 1d6 to see how many hours you won't wear a diaper.
When the time is up, you'll roll another 1d6. If it's an even number, the challenge is over; if it's an odd number, you start again.

Add a diaper layer. Drink 1L of water within 1 hour. 50 more squats. Repeat.

By now, you should have 3 diapers on and drank 3L of water. Sure the squats weren't too many.
However, you cannot remove those diapers until you have used all the layers and complete an additional 200 squats.
