I remember vaguely this thread on GD, but it was basically this, typical loser has to sequence but the dare usually involve a set of rules and dares to do that relate to that transformation, for example of a dare:
Loser has to become a Bimbo, wear only pink clothes for a week, and take 10 selfies every hour.
Or the classic:
Loser is given the choice of three transformations by the winner only by the keyword, then they can only remove one of those options and the winner choses between those two who you become and provides you with 5 rules and 5 dares (quantity varies)
