Loser has to cold/wet edition

In this loser has to we will deal with the element of water...a person will post a dare involving water or ice, someone will take them on and the third person decides who will take the dare...and really should post a dare of their own to continue the cycle!
Perfect style dares for this thread:
Ice cube filling
Clothed showers
Cold showers
public wet clothes

Examples:
Person A: I enter and the dare is to fill your underwear with 4 ice cubes until they melt
Person B: I'm in!
Person C: Person A loses, my dare is to take a clothed shower in cold water and stay wet for 10 minutes, winner chooses the item of clothing
