I peed the bed

I accidently peed the bed in my sleep! I am so fucking embarrassed.
Has anybody ever peed the bed as an adult? or is something wrong with me?
I wasn't even drunk or high or antyhing

I never have as an adult but it can happen to people. Could be a physical or mental thing. Maybe check with your doctor?

Was it just the once, or is there a pattern? Maybe you have been feeling sick and this was unfortunately caused by that?

This was just once. I have had reoccuring dreams of needing to pee but cant find a bathroom or if I do I dont get relief. And this time I woke up to actually peeing.

Dont worry about it too much, it sounds like a bad dream that caused a one off event. Maybe find someone to talk to about it, to see if that helps you feel calmer?
