So this is a new idea I had I think can be fun. It's actually more a "person below" than a "person above", but this still seemed the best board to put it.
You bet a punishment on the next person after you not having a certain ability or meeting a certain condition. If the next person to post actually does, you have to complete your forfeit. If they don't, they have to. If the forfeit breaks your limit, you can either do it as best as your limits allow or PM them for an alternative. There are really no set rules or limitations except that it must be possible. Try not to go too unique, though. Posting "the next person to post can't break a world record" will do nothing but maybe lock the thread a few days. Proof is generally not required.
