You’ve been named head organizer of the Humiliation Olympics.
What does the opening ceremony look like?
What events are you adding to the schedule?
What are the prizes?
 
Ooooh this sounds so fun!

I think the opening ceremony would include a parade of some sort.
Some of the events might include a "roast" where people get yelled insults at, possibly a messy event, humbler race, etc.
The prizes would be a funny hat or outfit that is humiliating.
