My fingernails protrude between 0.8 to 1.2mm beyond the nailbed. Toenails 0.4mm to 2.8mm.
My hair is layered with sides currently at 3-4mm, top about 64mm, and reaching down my neck about 104mm max.
I am not acknowledging the existence of my beard at the moment.
Technically I never log out so .. months?

I have never consider how to measure my nails. Measuring the whites beyond the nailbed, my fingernails extend 1-6mm, but most are 2-3mm. My toenails are much shorter, 1-2mm. Such a strange thing to measure.
My hair falls to my tail bone, so about 70cm from the nape of my neck.
And my beard descends about 45mm from the bottom of my chin and my mustache extends 65mm to each side of my nose.
I haven't logged out since I joined, so never.

the two hairs i just pulled out to measure where 34,36 cm long
