I have been chatting with a Dom for awhile. We get along really well and I highly enjoy his company. It has been very flirty and we have talked about the possibility of entering into a dynamic together. However, he just recently let slip that he is married and not ENM.

I'm so conflicted. I am against cheating and don't want to get involved but I have also struggled really hard to find a Dom that is a suitable for me and he ticks all the boxes.

I probably know the right decision I just need to hear it from other to get it through my thick skull.

Sorry to hear about your conflict. I assume you are looking for a long-term, monogamous relationship (just checking here).

Did you ask if his married partner knows about this? Because if yes (which you probably can't even check), then it's an entirely different issue than someone cheating.

If the partner doesn't know, and especially since you are against cheating, how can you trust that person when he engages with you in a similar relationship?

It's important to have boundaries, even with the consequence of having to drop an acquaintance and start looking again.

I hope that helps (little hug and push). :)

No, I am open to him having other partners as long as it is Ethically Non Monogamous ... his wife needs to know.

Agree with what the first guest response said. Need to see if his wife knows about it. If she knows and is OK, then there's no issue. If she doesn't... You need to extract yourself.
