Sometimes, when I have to go to the gym, I dont go because of my motivation. Help me to find some "punishment" to motivante myself or force me to do it..
For exemple, I decided to not masturbate if I skiped a day of gym.

For motivation it needs to hurt so you ultimately do the thing you want to do but aren't.

So there will now be a standing rule.

You must snap a rubber band on your genital area. You may pick and change the spot each time but every time you don't go you will do this once. This will also be multiplicative based on the consecutive days you haven't gone. So if you miss 2 days in a row then on the first day it's once, second day you will snap it twice.

Set an amount of time you owe each time you go to the gym and the frequency. For example, 30 minutes daily. If you miss a 30-minute session, please add that time to your schedule for the next three days. For example, if you miss Monday's session, you'll owe an hour on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to make up for it. You can set a rule like if you do this while plugged or in chastity with changing in the locker room, you can count it as double time if you owe more than your minimum daily time.
 
You can get naked for the days between your gym schedule days if you go to the gym. You must plan your gym in advance.

If you did not go to gym in advance, you cannot get naked for any situations, even in shower. In other words, you will be showering and soap your body over your dirty clothes! When you change your clothes, you wear the clean one over then figure a way to remove the dirty ones. When you pee or poop, your shorts should be above your knees.


To be clear, here is an example:

You plan:
Day 3 - Gym
Day 6 - Gym
Day 10 - Gym

If you skip day 3, then you cannot get naked for day 4, 5 and 6 until you went to the gym and finish up your sets.
Then you can get naked for days 7, 8 and 9 until day 10 noon, 12PM. Unless you visited the gym and finished your sets, you cannot get naked again.

Gym schedules should not be too far apart. Like Day 1 gym, then Day 365. Nooooooo! 💢💢:ROFLMAO:
