On a lighter note: celery.... People say it's healthy, and doesn't have a strong taste.

Ewwww yes I totally agree. It's all stringy and the taste is almost spicy! To be fair my dad is super allergic so I grew up not eating it ever.
I also have to say that beans shouldn't be food. Just yuck!
And don't get me started on olives.

I think the most controversial one is that white sauces in/on food look disgusting.

Wearing mismatched socks is the best way to wear socks. (It totally didn't start couldn't find matching socks at times... Well, even if I do, I wear them mismatched)
I mismatch them when I get damaged ones. They look weird, but they work
If I absolutely have to wear socks then this is the way to go. However, I can't wear socks that feel different! They can be different patterns or colors etc. but the fit has to be the same. Like they have to be the same tightness.

Yeah understandable!! I can see how it could be a sensory hell, personally not much of a problem. I something's wear one short sock and one knee socks... I can't handle socks that are loose around the ankle tho.
