A common go to for me is to set a 15 minutes window for toilet use along side drinking amounts per hour. Sounds easy, but when you get busy with other things. It becomes rather easy to miss that window. It also keeps you well aware of just how long your bladder is being tormented as you become hyper aware of the time.
Your blog post has a great list. Here are some pee related things I have done with various females subs you may be able to adapt for ideas:
- Must edge immediately before peeing; often repeating a conditioning mantra
- Always ask permission before peeing, if no response in thirty minutes then permission is granted; usually a small task or wait is required for permission
- Piss over hand and wipe it on face, or up nostrils, or suck fingers clean of piss; may only wash hand and face after edging on the toilet
- Kneel and thank toilet for use after pissing; or kiss toilet seat before pissing
- Wet pants while outside; or piss outside while standing in a dress and let it run down legs
- Add 50mL of morning piss to cup of tea every morning with breakfast
- Empty full bladder all over dinner plate before eating it
- Must wear clothespins on nipples whenever pissing for one week
- Must spank pussy X times on toilet before pissing; or X rubber band snaps to inner thighs; or similar
- May only piss with finger inserted up ass
- Collect piss and pour it over hair, face, head, or body
- Collect piss and use it as a douche
- Collect piss and swallow it using a funnel while laying on back

Something I've had done to me:
He is not allowed to ask about peeing. When you give him water he is to drink it, and when you lead him to the toilet he may pee. If he does ask, (or even says he wants to if you are feeling sadistic), lead him to the bathroom, but make him take a drink from the tap (or toilet
) instead.
To start, lead him to the bathroom every 15 minutes or so; have him drink a cup, then direct him to the toilet. Once he gets used to the pattern and starts needing the 15 minute relief, you can start surprising him by not letting him go after the drink.
