This fetish is near and dear to me, I am pretty sure it was my first kink. As its a very common kink, but since it can be dangerous I thought I should type a thread giving advice on the topic.

Everyone does have different tolerance for what their bodies can handle, I have tested either on myself or willing subjects all the rules listed and they functioned for us, and i will do a small note on the common effect it has to help guide doms/subs to the right options. Be extremely careful with how much you make yourself drink, water intoxication is a thing. Numbers I have read as a safe maximum for an adult range around 800-1000ml within an hour, but i would advise extreme caution with pushing yourself to those levels. I normally consider 700ml roughly my maximum that i will drink within an hour for tasks (As a petite female)

I really would love to hear from you if you use any of the tasks and rules set down here. Fellow doms and switches let us know/make your subs report on how it affected them. Feedback really helps with motivating more threads like this. If you have any bladder control tasks you like to recommend

Disclaimer/Warning

Now before we get into the fun part, you genuinely can weaken your bladder a fair amount by doing these tasks, and while that's a fun fantasy do take care of yourself. Keep yourself safe and healthy. Find your limits and what works for you.

Bladder holding can get into painful territory, and if you are seeking something to force you to wet, try doing the bladder weakening task i post earlier/rapid hydration (drinking 500ml approximately and releasing as frequently as you can, and then begin a hold after several hours of releasing very often)

Everyone has slightly different amounts which they can tolerate, so do listen to your subs/start them off a little easier if needed. Also consider what type of weather it is, 500ml per hour in the summer might be easier than 300ml on a day when its nearly freezing. It is much better to start on a lower amount and work up from there. In general, if you are smaller, you probably cant handle as much than if you are much larger than average, also be aware that some people have health issues which can effect what numbers they can do, so when setting rules with subs keep the numbers up for adjusting.

A few tasks and suggestions
Some potential ways to include bladder control will follow, but I just want to add the desperation and control can be extremely arousing to add into most kinky situations/rules. Kink directions that bladder control works well with are control/humiliation. It allows someone to take control of a bodily function, reminding you that you are controlled by them, filling you with lovely subby arousing, possibly humiliating sensations. You can do these tasks on the side, such as while gaming with another making rules of when you die you drink, have the sub masturbate while desperate, holding an edge while bursting to pee, make them choose between cumming or pissing, making them fight to control themselves and also condition the desperation to submissive pleasure, the possibilities are there and only as limited as your own creativity.

When playing with a person and taking control of their bladder, if they require permission to release consider giving some safeties/alternates if they cant hold. This could be diapers, golden shower, drinking it etc. This can be useful for both overnight and in case of not being able to respond (you can say something like if i havent responded after half hour, you may...)

Daily Bladder Control Rules:

Drink 300ml per hour, you may only release when its been at least 90 minutes between releases. Optional: If you don’t finish an hour's drink within the time try and catch up, and add 100ml more to drink before bed.
Increasing either drinking to 500ml per hour or the holding time to 2 hours can be possible for brief spells but either of these rules make it quite a bit harder.
You tend to find day 1 the sub doesn’t find it that bad, but over the next few days it often gets more challenging.

This is a staple rule I have done, I have been on it personally for weeks in a row at the 300ml/90min level, and the odd days with much more challenge at 500ml/2 hours.

Simple release rule ideas:
You may only go to the loo if its an even/odd number hour
You may only go within the first 5 minutes of the hour (I personally HATE doing this format, as I just get stuck clockwatching and doing nothing, but I thought I should mention it as a common one)
Flip a coin each hour, if heads/tails you may go
You may if you win a round of some game, otherwise hold and try again (Done this type of rule in mobas, or games like deadzone rogue etc)

Bladder Weakening Task:

This task is best done when fairly desperate already. You are going to set a random alarm to go off every 5-15 minutes, while it goes off you must release a little, and you must stop when the alarm ends. If you fail to wet in time drink a small amount 100ml is roughly my go to. This task when kept on for an hour or two tends to keep the subby on edge. It can be fun to have a mean punishment if they do fully lose control. I sometimes assign this task for the hours before starting a hold to make a subs bladder a bit more vulnerable.


🎲 Bladder Control Dice Dares 🎲

Here are two dice dares I wrote for holding tasks, one is for those who are free to pleasure themselves/want to while holding and the other is for those who are denied/not wanting to mix pleasure with their desperation.

Pleasurable Piss Holding

Roll 1d6 for each of the following. Start the timer for your hold from when you are beginning to feel the need to pee. If you want to prep your bladder in advance of the hold drink 300ml per hour leading up to this. You may begin your pleasure task 15 minutes before the end of your hold time. You may stop the pleasure task at any point after your hold timer is up, but then you are denied/on no touch for the next 90 minutes. You may continue your pleasure while your bladder is bursting as long as you can. Even if you are not orgasm denied, I do not want you to cum during this task.

Duration:
1 - 1hour
2- 1.5 hours
3 - 2 hours
4 - 2.5 hours
5 - 2 hours
6 - 2.5 hours

Amount to drink:
1 - 200ml per half hour
2 - 250ml per half hour
3 - 150ml per half hour
4 - 200ml per half hour
5 - 250ml per half hour
6 - 300ml per half hour

Pleasure:
1 - Hump/grind your pillow
2 - Give your arse a fucking
3 - Edge yourself repeatedly
4 - you may stroke/touch yourself lightly, no toys and no edging

6 - Free pleasure


Humiliating holding:

Roll 1d6 for the following. Start your hold timer once you already are just feeling the need to pee. You may pee after the end of your duration, once you have completed your tasks.

Duration:
1 - 2 hours
2 - 2.5 hours
3 - 3 hours
4 - 1.5 hours
5 - 2 hours
6 - 3 hours

Amount to drink:
1 - 200ml per half hour
2 - 250ml per half hour
3 - 150ml per half hour
4 - 200ml per half hour
5 - 250ml per half hour
6 - 300ml per half hour

Rounds of tasks:
1: 5
2: 3
3: 5
4: 3
5: 5
6: 6

You may pick between exercise, pain and humiliation for your tasks. If the option rolled isn’t possible for you either adapt or reroll

Exercise:
For the exercise i want you to do as many of that workout/your closest to that workout as you can in 1 minute, then have a 5 minute break and do a second minute
1 - Squats
2 - Jumping jacks
3 - Sit ups/ crunches
4 - high knees
5 - lunges
6 - Plank

Pain
1 - 5d6 spanks
2 - Nipple clamps for 5 minutes
3 - 10 pussy/cock slaps
4 - twist your nipples 1d6 times
5 - 5 snaps of a hairband/elastic band on clit/cock head
6 - press on your bladder for 30 seconds

Humiliation:
1 - Lap 100ml up from a bowl on the floor
2 - put 2 icecubes in your underwear
3 - go sit on the toilet fully dress with legs spread for 5 minutes
4 - listen to flowing water for 10 minutes
5 - 2 minutes cold shower
6 - crawl to the bathroom and give yourself a swirlie
