State a task or punishment involving your balls that either you or your opponent will have to do, depending on who wins the bet. Can involve other things (edging, cock punishment, whatever), but must include the balls.
Then state the terms of the bet.
Then anyone can challenge you. Loser of the bet has to perform the task or punishment.
Anyone can take up the challenge, or set a new one.
