Weeeell I discovered that medically my bladder is small aaand energy drinks fucked my bladder retention.

Sooooo I’m hoping maybe this post could attract some other diaper butts with tips on how tf to do this, maybe caregivers or owners to help guide and check on me ?

I recommend Abena* M4s simply for affordability, and avoid losing bowel retention if possible.

We recently lost ADISC as well, so trying to spread some stuff known from there. If you are in the UK or Europe, there might be cheaper than Abenas per diaper.

as I can help UK wise, I was 24/7 for several years


Age UK do a good price for ID which are good for the price.


You can go the ABDL diaper route, and buy shaped stuffers DO NOT BUY ABDL STUFFERS these are terrible rectangles and will move as you move and before you know it its crawling down your leg. Shaped ones will stay put and you can remove and add a new one when it gets full.

Sadly United States but I’m very open to ordering from the UK I knew you guys have better stuff

I’d prefer to do abdl or at least Northshore bc I am peeing a lot for medical stuff so I do actually need something that holds decently well.

I mean you can order from the UK but delivery, import fees will be high

I'd say keep an eye on rearz, northshore

You can also double lower grade diapers by poking about 30 slits in the inner one with a small blade


When I diaper up I do
1 x stuffers ( 2800ml each), Medical diaper (4000ml), 1 x stuffers ( 2800ml each), ABDL diaper (11000ml)
which does me abit over a day though I will say it is heavy. so you want to wear dungarees/bodysuit to give it abit of extra support.

Owo yeah I’d need to get a body suit if I’m wearing that much

I’ve tried the poking hole method but idk if I did it wrong or not like it feels like they never drain into the next layer

Yeah, you gotta get the holes right, I got a lil blade and use it to like perforate the inner diaper from front to back, so its alot of holes but none of them are really all that big.

blade does need to be sharp though otherwise it may not make a hole at all
