You will wear preferably the same pair of white briefs for the month. Wednesdays and Sundays are laundry day so you will go commando those days. (If you need to wear multiple pairs throughout the month that’s fine but no changing pairs on non laundry days)

When you are at home you can only wear socks and the mandatory underwear at home. In the gym you must not wear socks and only shorts, one top, and shoes.

I just got white briefs, so that’s all i will wear this month for underwear. I’ll even try to avoid washing it as much as possible.
