So, I don't think there is one of these threads yet, so I thought I'd make one! :3
It's a pretty simple idea, following the same rules as the other "person above" dares.
Person A states the dare they are in for.
Person B says they'll take the risk.
Person C decides the winner and makes a new dare.
Since I made the thread, I'll start it.
The winner makes a chaster lock for the loser, up to a max of 7 days, with any extentions they want. The loser then joins the lock, and trusts the winner as the keyholder, so they can mess around with the lock as much as they want!
