Someone trying to sign up has told Sir's toy they are having issues with the confirmation email. They checked their spam folder it's not there either, they think it has to do with their email provider and also mentioned they had the same problem with kinktalk and GD.

They couldn't find a way to reach out so Sir's toy said she'll explain their issue for them hoping to find a solution.

There is a contact us form they can use to reach out personally. We need the username and email address to help us sort it out.

@Inkwarden can help us look into it.

@Pluky that user may now login. I switched their account state to valid. Unfortunately during registration some providers I won't say who for privacy reason don't even send the email to spam they just straight up block it inbound. Ill take a look into solving this but it's a super weird scenario. You can let the user know they can now login. I will also update the registration to include this information.

During testing I tested most major providers such as google, microsoft, etc but theirs was not on the list and is more niche.

Thank you, Sir's toy will inform them. Yeah Sir's toy was like why aren't you using gmail or outlook like everyone else
