I have tried TENS units before for penial stimulation but never got into it. Then I had tried some "electric" butt plugs and pretty much gave up.
That all changed when someone used my "send a surprise" link and I received this unit (along with a basic TENS unit). Never before have I felt such a unique and satisfying feeling. The unit may be small, but when the settings kick in it can make you feel full with a continuous light buzz, or squirm in slight pain with a thumping high energy rhythm.
Words unfortunately can't express the feelings you can receive. As someone with a prostrate it is something more exciting than any traditional plug I have ever had. If anyone has tried this or something similar, I would love to hear your own experiences.
As listed in the cons, this does require a separate unit, and your milage will very based on the programs and strength your unit is capable of. I tend to find 25-40% power more than enough, with pain starting around 60%. That does make this unit extra fun as it can be used for punishments as well, on my unit specially when using a "thump" mode.
