This is a rework of one from the old site:
2 players are required. First decide on 6 dares (points 1-6), ideally incrementally harder. You can share a list, or have one each to match limits/likes.

Before starting, each roll a d6 to see who will start.

Now take it in turns to roll incrementally lower dice starting d20 (dice can be found e.g using bots on messenger or rolldicewithfriends). I find using kik in group chat with a rolling bot works well.

Player 1: rolls d20
Player 2: rolls d19
Player 1: rolls d18....etc

Once a player rolls a 1, that player is the loser and has accumulated 1 point. The rolls keep going as normal until either a d2 is rolled (d1 is not used) or the 'winning' player also rolls a 1 (this does not get counted as a point). At which point the round stops.

So theoretically the loser could have rolled several 1s before the game finishes. In all likelihood the max is usually only about 3, based on experience.

The loser (say player 1) then gets the option to replay. This way if the other player loses in the next round, then player 1 can use any 1s player 2 gets to reduce their score, and perhaps player 2 now has the higher points tally! Warning though, if player 1 loses again, their points keep going up!

You can replay up to 2 times and the current losing player decides if to replay or not. The loser must complete the dare attributed to their final points score.

Each time, swap who goes first (starts with d20)
